End War- Killing Commies with words; no this isn’t turning political.
Written by Ray on October 23, 2008 – 8:03 pm -I finally got around to downloading the Demo to Tom Clancy’s End War last night. And I must say I am very impressed with the voice recognition.
The tutorial was irritating and heavily confusing at first but once you enter game play everything begins to make sense.
One problem I did have was with my mic. It could be just mine, after all the Doritos and Red Bull that I have spit into it over time it can’t be performing top notch. Although after positioning my head set into an awkward position with the mic pointing directly into my mouth, pretty much touching my lips, everything was golden.
I am still torn if I will buy it or not, I will definitely be renting it, and if you haven’t tried the demo yet; get on it.

Transformers Official Movie Prequel; really long name for a really pointless book.
Written by Ray on June 26, 2008 – 6:30 pm -I have a subscription at my local comic book store; one book that I subscribe to is the Reign of Starscream. So I am not sure if it was a mistake or they just thought I would want it, but they threw in Transformers Official Movie Prequel Special. I don’t know what the point of it is. It takes place before the first movie.
Essentially all it is a summary of the four issue original movie prequel. Which makes me confused what the point even is. The only thing it brings to the table that is unique is you get to find out where Wreckage came from. That’s it.
Unless you are a diehard fan and need every book, save your money for the next Reign of Starscream. This book is pointless.

Reign of Starscream makes me giddy for June 29th 2009
Written by Ray on May 22, 2008 – 6:24 pm -Just picked up the first issue “Reign of Starscream” and I loved it. It does an amazing job of filling in some blanks from the movie, and shows some of the Transformers Movie history that was untouched in the prequel comics.
With out giving anything away the story is straight from the point of view of Starscream and how he assumes control of the Decepticons immediately following Megatron abandoning Cybertron to seek out the Allspark.
This book is a must have for any Transformer Movie Enthusiast or any one needing their fix of giant alien robots until Transformers 2 comes out.
